Meet Boof (AKA Boofhead), Mel's cat. He's a big boy full of life and spice, inspiring this tasty condiment. 'Boofhead' Chilli Oil began as a home project during lockdown 2020 and has since turned into ReWine's newest refillable oil.

Vibrant red in colour, with visible flecks of chilli and paprika throughout; it's bold and spicy. Its flavour is best described as rich and complex, with a spicy kick from the chilli flakes and cayenne pepper, balanced by the earthy flavour of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The paprika adds a smoky sweetness to the oil, while the salt enhances the overall flavour. The heat level of the chilli oil is medium to high, with a lingering spice on the palate. Boofhead Chilli Oil is a super versatile condiment that can be used in a wide range of dishes, from drizzling over pizza or pasta to adding flavour to marinades and dressings. 

Made right here at Queen St, using Extra Virgin Olive Oil, chilli flakes, cayenne pepper, paprika and salt. Vegan. Gluten free.
