This variety is generally blended away into Bordeaux reds but is a stand alone wine in the Loire Valley Chinon. Perhaps that why we like it as it pairs with our favourite Loire White Chenin Blanc.

This 2022 Cabernet Franc is big, bold and ripe; a standout from leading Coonawarra winery Hollick. Boasting bold flavours and a rich aroma that's sure to leave you wanting more. Lots of ripe red fruits balanced with quite high alcohol with lovely tannins.

Enjoy with BBQ red meats.
