Our new vintage of Chenin Blanc is here! Made by Simon Robertson in Gundagai, this is a refreshing and lively wine with a pale straw colour. On the nose, it reveals aromas of green apple, pear, and white peach, with hints of honeysuckle and a touch of minerality. The palate is crisp and zesty, with flavours of citrus, ripe apple, and tropical fruit, followed by a lingering finish of fresh acidity and a subtle sweetness. A great match for light seafood dishes, fresh salads, or as a refreshing sip on a warm afternoon.
