Some of Australia’s best wineries consider Fiano to be the next big thing in white wine. It produces really good flavour and structure in our warmer wine growing areas like McLaren Vale and the Barossa. This wine comes from the river area of Southern New South Wales and Northern Victoria. It shows how suitable this variety is to the warmer climate.

It has lovely rich mouthfeel that we think has distinct beeswax and honey flavours along with some nice herbaceous flavours. Once chilled, it is a great food wine paired with rich white dishes like chicken on the BBQ or white béchamel sauced veggie bakes. This rich waxy mouth feel envelops lush melon, orange, and honey. This one is dry, with enough acid to balance out all that body.
