This will raise reactions from old heads, who remember the Beaujolais Nouveau Races in the 80’s.

Planted by Mark Foletta and turned into liquid gold by Rob Ellis at hanging rock, this Gamay presents beautiful notes of raspberry warm spice and slight acidity that enhances the fruit experience. It's extremely light and translucent in colour, and can be served chill. All around a great summer wine.

Try it with a chicken salad or salmon.
