Though very light in colour, this Nebbiolo is deceivingly robust.
A nose of earth, clay, tobbaco, old books and leather will lead you up to a palate of dried strawberries, cranberries and some more tobacco.

This Nebbiolo also presents a lovely, velvety dryness - ‘A slap with a velvet glove’ and slight acidity.
These attributes make it a great wine for food pairing, especially with rich dishes like meaty pasta, roasts or hearty stews. This one also has enough structure to age well, so if you have the patience, you could enjoy it for years to come.
