This orange blossom honey liqueur uses fresh Victorian honey collected from hives in and around the orange orchards in spring. Neat at room temperature it makes the perfect desert wine as the fresh orange comes through with the richness of the honey. Sipped cold or in a spritz the citrus zest comes through with a warm spiced note.
