Pinot Gris and Pinot Grigio are made from the same grape variety, just in different styles. Grigio is the Italian version, generally picked early with a bright acidity and crisp, zingy fruit. The French style, Gris, is riper and fuller, characterised more by its volume than its acidity.

Tart lemon and poached pears backed up with a good bit of spice (isn’t that nice?). Try with some sushi or fresh spring vegetables for a very memorable experience.
