We are sick of all the usual reserve names like Special Blend, or Managers Reserve, Bin no 66, so we just say it like it is.

Its a super duper full blown sparkling shiraz with buckets of dark plum fruit and a bit of tar and leather thrown in. There's a touch of sweetness that does not get all sweet and sticky when its gone down.

This is a unique Australian wine style that is at its best at Christmas with lots of strong flavour to go with roast pork or turkey served cold to wash down all the hot food and weather.
